SAN BENITO, TX—Guadalupe Soria, 50, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011 at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.
He is preceded in death by his parents, David and Gregoria M. Soria; one brother, Juan Soria; and one daughter, Victoria Soria.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Venegas of Lake Worth, FL; four grandchildren: Yitzel Venegas, Yitzela Venegas, Vanessa L. Venegas, and Leslie N. Venegas; his brother, David Soria, Jr. and his three sisters: Margarita Soria, Maria Soria, and Seferina Soria, all of West Palm Beach, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a holy rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Mass of resurrection will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Benedict Catholic Church in San Benito. Committal service will follow at Las Yescas Cemetery in Rio Hondo.
