HARLINGEN, TX—Victoria L. Vallejo 86, of Harlingen entered into eternal rest on November 14, 2011.
She was born on May 10, 1925 in Tampico, Mexico to Carmelo and Dominga Lopez.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Angela and Carmen Lopez; brothers; Domingo and Juvencio Lopez.
She is survived by her husband, Evaristo Vallejo of Harlingen; children, Jorge (Janie) Castellano of Colorado, Mica (Feliberto) Pereira of San Benito, Guadalupe (Sylvia) Villarreal of Houston, Janie Castellano (Armando Torres) of Harlingen; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday) from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011 departing the Rudy Garza chapel at 12:30 p.m. for a 1:00 p.m. service at Immanuel Christian Church in San Benito. Interment will follow at Heavenly Grace Cemetery.
Funeral services are under the direction of Rudy Garza Funeral Home 1702 E. Harrison, Harlingen, Texas.
