The RGV is growing and there is a need for good officers. It’s a small town so a amagine the pay is relaxed. Chorpus Christi, Texas or maybe San Antionio would fit the bill. More law enforcement peiople after a few years with a PD move on to the Border Protection arena for better pay and benifits.
