WESLACO — There’s no doubt the San Benito Greyhounds left everything on the field on Friday night.

Effort, pride, determination and even tears were all in plentiful supply in the ’Hounds’ final game of the season.

Weslaco was in front 35-28 with a few seconds to go when San Benito QB Dylan Castillo snuck in from a yard out on fourth and goal. The Greyhounds, out of playoff contention, went all in and opted to go for two points and the win; however, a run play was short as the Panthers escaped with a 35-34 win at Bobby Lackey Stadium.

More than that. $700+ per day each, $1400 per day.
Yes Coach had a lot to do with Hounds loses. He is not all in. Kids again outgained their opponent but came out short. Hounds were outcoached not outplayed.

We’re also paying countless dollars on some attorneys to investigate countless allegations. In the end Mr. Limon is gonna own the SBISD. I agree Chris Z. the elections can’t get here soon enough. There is several instances of mismanagement with taxpayer money that this school board can removed as per TEA if petitions are picked up and the case is presented and it clearly shows the waste of tax dollars. Round up the troops!
