Roberto Chavez Jr.
SAN BENITO—Roberto Chavez, Jr., 43, entered the Lord’s Heavenly Kingdom on Thursday, January 9, 2014.
He was born on January 22, 1970 in Norwalk, OH to Roberto and Higinia M. Chavez, Sr.
He is preceded in death by his father and father-in-law Ricardo Herrera.
Roberto is survived by his wife Roxane H. Chavez and his step-children Arlene, Byron, Carson and Megan Ayala. His mother Higinia M. Chavez, and seven siblings Norma, Raquel, Ruben, Rene, Rosendo, Guadalupe and Elena Chavez.
Visitation will be held at Thomae Funeral Home located at 701 N. Bowie, San Benito, TX on Saturday, January 11, 2014 from 1-9 p.m. and Sunday, January 12, 2014 from 1-9 p.m. with rosary at 7 p.m.
Church service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 10 a.m. followed by burial at Mont Meta Restlawn.

To the Chavez family our deepest sympathy on the passing of Jr.we were shocked to hear the news. I am so glad I got to see him last summer when I was in Texas. Our thoughts and prayers go with you as you continue on in life knowing that he is now with his earthly father and his Heavenly Father.
