Scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Center, located at 225 E. Stenger Street in San Benito, Sandoval will be featured in a one-man art show. Born in 1942 in Weslaco, inside a 10 foot by 12 foot dirt floor room, Sandoval is the oldest of five brothers of seasonal, migrant workers who first tasted fieldwork at the age of 6 as he traveled with his grandparents to pick cotton in West Texas.
