Concerned Citizen- Local woman rescues animals that were tossed from car window

Local concerned citizen Jaclynn Dawnn Pope’s reaction to the event that she witnessed last week told it all.
“I thought to myself, Wow! Did that really just happen! I was in shock and appalled that at 1:30 in the afternoon, this lady had the audacity to throw her animals out the window while she saw me behind her in my car,” Pope exclaimed. “No shame. Animal cruelty is seen everywhere in the Valley and it’s unfortunate that some people think it’s ok,” she added.
According to Pope, the event transpired last Wednesday afternoon as she was on her way to work, but she was unable to record the license plate of the suspected individual.
