The San Benito Chamber of Commerce continued their public forum series on Wednesday, hosting a “Coffee with the City Manager,” event. Manuel De La Rosa, who took over as the new City Manager of San Benito on January 19, answered several questions from a room filled with over 25 members of the community.
One of the first things De La Rosa addressed was the desire to make city officials more accountable and more transparent.
