RIO HONDO – Other, more disturbing details have surfaced in the case of a man accused of sexually abusing two small children in Rio Hondo and forcing them to drink his bodily fluids.
Cameron County Sheriff Omar Lucio said that 19-year-old Juan Henoch Mejia allegedly confessed to the abuse of two sisters, one 4 and the other 3-years-old, that occurred in July. According to the sheriff, Mejia allegedly said the incident began when the victims walked into his room when he was arousing himself.
The nature of the relationship between Mejia and the children is being withheld to protect the victims; however, what can be confirmed is that the suspect had access to them inside a home located on FM 106.
