SAN BENITO, TX—Hilda Garcia Cavazos, 71, entered into rest on Saturday, January 31, 2015 at Harlingen Medical Center in Harlingen, TX.
Hilda Cavazos is preceded in death by her parents, Teodoro Garcia and Amelia A. Garcia; brothers: Ernesto Garcia, and Bernardo (Nayo) Garcia.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 49 years, Ernesto W. Cavazos; her three children: Ernest Ely Cavazos, Erika (Juan) Jasso, Esequiel “Zeke” (Norma) Cavazos; siblings: Irma Martinez, Sylvia Ramirez, and Teodoro Garcia; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Thomae-Garza Funeral Home in San Benito.
Chapel service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at Thomae Garza Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
